Phasing Out Fluorescent Lighting

Developed a go-to-market strategy for OneTLed, Seaborough’s innovative LED tube designed to replace traditional fluorescent T8 tubes, which contain mercury—a substance harmful to the environment. The OneTLed tube offers a sustainable alternative to the 12 billion fluorescent lamps in use worldwide.

 

The challenge was that replacing fluorescent tubes is difficult due to the variety of connectors and configurations, making installation complex. OneTLed addresses this by offering a flexible and easy-to-install LED solution.

 

My role involved conducting market analysis, positioning OneTLed as an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution, and creating a sales strategy targeting both B2B and B2C sectors. I also supported the marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships to facilitate the product’s adoption, positioning it as a key player in the transition to energy-efficient lighting.
